Nice Boutique Hotel

Beautiful small hotel. We stayed in a double room. Room was tight but very clean and modern. Breakfast had good options. Hotel had elevator which was definitely a plus. Good location and easily accessible to Kensington Olympia tube station.

Knightsbridge prime hotel

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, quick check in. Nicely decorated. The shower room could be better. Modern but the walk in shower soaked everything and was very slippery. Other than that, very nice.

Quiet & convenient

A very convenient hotel for Opera Holland Park. Amazingly quiet, even though we had a ground floor, front facing room. The room was very well appointed and had everything we needed

Our stay

Room very nice but in the basement . Electric socket near vanity mirror excellant but lighting very dim. Breakfast was buffet style no bacon offered, and no marmalade. Not very inviting.

Good for Olympia

Nice comfortable room with good shower etc. Convenient for Olympia with cafes etc nearby. Breakfast was ok although a little bland but edible. Will use again.

The breakfast was good and the area was nice. We were early and the staff got us into our room quickly. There was transportation close and restaurants close but unfortunately the staff was not a great help on how to get around. A suggestion would be to have a map of the area that they could write on to show where things are and maybe instructions on the bus routes and subways.

Great hotel, location is close to a bus stop and a nice walk around the area. It's a quiet street as well so you can really get some rest. The best part really was that the pillows were memory foam (I have very similar ones at home) so that was really a nice surprise for me. I specifically chose this hotel as it also had a bidet in the bathroom. Room's not the biggest, but I didn't stay much in my room other than to sleep so that's really a non-issue for me. Overall really nice stay.

They advertise king sized beds but they are just queen sized. The hotel is on a nice quiet residential street

We booked a deluxe room, with king size bed, we got a room in the basement next to the kitchen, when the breakfast for cooking our room smelt of fat, .

The rooms are small so if you have a lot of luggage it will be tight! The staff is amazing and the provided breakfast is super great! The location is also really good..close to everything you might need!

Incredible property for such reasonable rates. Modern, clean, quiet and well appointed rooms. Beautiful tree lined street. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely courtyard and breakfast room with large window view. Free breakfast with good selections. We were able to bike to Kensington palace and park. Bus routes at top of street. Only wish the Tube was closer. Couldn’t have been more happy we chose this place.
