This is not a hotel

Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Room and the bathroom next door need maintenance. Perhaps instigate regular checks are replace furniture that is in poor condition.
Location: Great pub not far down the road and a few smaller eateries. Train station and buses close. Love Kew Gardens and can access transport to London.
It is close to transport and Kew Gardens which is lovely. If you enjoy the sound of planes landing (room is not very soundproof) you will be in heaven with Heathrow so close by. Bathroom was modern bar only one of the four down lights operating so a bit dim. A bath mat would be great as tiled floor slippery after using the shower. Room is quite small and needs some maintenance. The light from the windows was so bright as the dirty venition blind had a bit missing and the roller blind only had the day screen up and no night roller blind in sight. It was also badly stained. Bed was not too bad, the spare mattress/headboard an interesting idea. This is not a hotel you are booking into, it is a bedroom of someone's house along with a few other bedrooms also being let out. The host was very attentive at serving continental breakfast and his cats were very friendly.
