Dear Kelly Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay, I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. Please note it is displayed on all websites that the hotels bar and restaurant are closed until further notice and has been this way since we reopened, I'm sorry you was unaware of this. As far as the minimal items in the room, this should not have been the case for someone like yourselves staying the 2 nights. Hopefully my team were able to provide you with more of these items when brought to their attention. I apologies for the inconvenience of this. Finally your feedback on the bed comfort was most surprising to me, particularly given the amount of positive feedback we receive on bed comfort, I do understand though bed comfort is very much down to personal preference so It's a shame you didn't find it to your satisfaction.
