Stayed for an overnight to catch an early morning flight. Bus stops outside connecting to Heathrow or can get a 5 min uber. Few take away shops and tesco express on the same road. Place was quirky enough and nice experience from a standard hotel. No issues brining and eating your own food. Self serve to buy snacks which were quite pricey so would say stroll along to tesco if need anything. Great breakfast in the morning with plenty choice hot and cold food and drinks. Rooms were fine and slept 4 adults in family room.

The property was great, and the service was amazing. Heathrow is a nice area close to the airport but far from downtown London.

The bed was so small that my wife was just about fall off the bed. Very hard bed-felt like I was sleeping on the floor, only comforter on the bed no sheets room was very warm.

Amazing cute contemporary style hotel....close to airport with easy access to public transportation for sightseeing. Room size great for solo travelers, shuttle to and from airport was super convenient; wonderful customer service provided....enjoyed my stay!

Stayed here overnight. We had an early flight and It was located close to Heathrow Airport. The room was small and compact and the bed was quite comfortable.

The staff here was amazing!! I appreciated the daytime staff who worked here a lot more because they were more attentive and friendly. I liked how clean and modern the place looked. I almost felt like I was still in the states. If I am ever in the Heathrow area again I will most definitely pick this hotel!

One staff member was excellent. I wish I could remember his name.They don’t really clean your room. We stayed 3 nights. No clean glasses or cups. They never replenished our coffee. Or even our toilet paper??

I was charged a smoking fee off £140. However I do not smoke. I was very dissatisfied and will make sure to tell all my friends and family never to stay there again. This has not only caused me financial stress but has also caused me to be very upset as the staff are lying about a smoking fee and would not help me any further.
