Moxy Heathrow staff are well trained to answer the usual customer questions and sound like AI robots...more training is needed for them to be human (lol which they are) AND breaking the rules laid by the corporate owners can help assist and have repeat business...plus a happy customer. The Moxy Heathrow is now 7 years old and is starting show its age, with bad plumbing, broken floor tiles and grouting in bathrooms are showing considerable wear. Original carpeting has noticeable wear its flat and worn with creases in some areas, and the carpet cleaning company cannot rejuvenate anymore. Apart from all the truthfully and fully warranted comments, only reason I go back there it's a good location and the Manager Sanjay is the best of the best...plus there are excellent eating places within walking distance and a bus stop to the airport right outside the hotel....PARKING IS 15 POUND STERLING A DAY.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Moxy London Heathrow Airport! I recently stayed at the Moxy London Heathrow Airport and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel has a fun, modern atmosphere with stylish décor that immediately feels welcoming. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well designed, with a cozy bed, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches like convenient USB charging ports and clever storage spaces. Despite its proximity to the airport, the room was quiet and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, offering great recommendations and making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, from the lobby to the hallways and my room, all of which were immaculate and well maintained. Overall, Moxy London Heathrow Airport perfectly balances comfort, cleanliness, and modern style, supported by a genuinely welcoming team that makes you feel at home. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I travel through Heathrow.

We stayed for 2 weeks in October 2025. This is not really a hotel designed for longer stays. No dressers, closets or armoires for storing clothes, for example, so we lived out of packing cubes to keep from having our stuff strew around the (pretty small) rooms. Otherwise it was fine - comfortable beds, windows that opened so you could get some fresh air and cool the rooms down a bit, everything clean and in good shape. One thing we noted was that, probably because their typical customer is just passing through town in a day or two, they don't do daily housekeeping unless you ask for it. We did, and they did. There were only 2 things that kindasorta irked me, but not enough to look for a different place the next time we're in west London. No safes - which is a bit weird, buy they control access to all floors above the lobby with key cards. Also no fridges in the rooms. There wasn't much place to put a bar fridge, which is a problem as my wife travels with insulin that needs to be kept cool. We wound up using a really tiny minifridge we bought the first time we used this hotel and kept at a relative's house - cheap and effective. Didn't like the breakfast a bit. Noticeably more expensive than other hotels in the area, and frankly nowhere near the quality. We enjoyed the walk up the Bath Road to the next nearest hotel with a breakfast buffet, which ran about 20% cheaper.
