Excellent hotel. 3 minutes from the tube.

Pros: Everything especially the kind staff
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect
Location: beside the tube and many shops all within walking distance right beside the hotel
We booked in for 4 days. The hotel is very handy to the tube. the room was spotless and very clean. The staff were outstanding. I would definitely go back.

Decent Hotel for its location

Pros: Friendly & Sweet Receptionist.
Cons: Clarification of requirement for photo ID scanning (its OK to show it but to keep a copy was strange) as that could be an identity theft concern.
Location: Nothing much to do nearby. Place has many Arabic influenced shops.
For me the staff overall behavior is a key variable to determine if my stay is good or bad. The lady receptionist was very friendly and I really appreciate this in any hotel. Only thing that I would hope hotel would be more upfront is the security deposit I had to place which was not stated anywhere in the description during booking. Also, they should be upfront of scanning photo ID which many may not be comfortable for concerns related with identity theft reasons

Terrible experience.

Room was small yet tidy and clean(ish). The disappointing part was the tv had no picture. When I rang down to reception I was told that there was no maintenance available that day and that there were no other rooms available. The staff response was simply "Did you not bring a laptop with you?". I found this quite insulting to be honest.

Convenient location

We stayed it for one night and I paid the extra for an executive king room. The room we had was so small it was difficult to walk round the bed without banging your legs on something. The bed was certainly not a king and was an average double. I questioned the receptionist and they maintained they had the room down as a king. Continental breakfast was ok and not very inspiring. I have stayed here a few times before and have had better experiences.

Ilmastointi pauhasi liian kovalla, huoneessa oli erittäin kylmä ja vaikea nukkua. Ilmastointia ei saanut itse pois päältä. Pieni vessa oli ahdas. Laukkuteline oli rikki. Pieni huone ja suuret sängynreunat aiheutti sen että polvi tuli lyötyä jatkuvasti sängyn kulmaan. Sängyt aivan liian korkealla.

Die Lage ist gut, Busse und Bahnen direkt vor der Tür. Die Gegend an der Kilburn High Street ist auch nicht so übertouristisiert. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas schäbig, die Zimmer klein und kein Fenster zu öffnen. Die Sauberkeit ist so lala. Das Frühstück war nicht gut, das Buffet war meistens leer gefressen.

Das Hotelzimmer war ziemlich schlicht, aber modern. Da aber schon beim Check-in Probleme gab, war es ein mieser Moment. Man hörte permanent den Lift an einem Montag Morgen rauf und runter fahren. Schrecklich. Dazu hörte man Menschen laut Disskutieren. Ich war nicht zufrieden und trz modernes Zimmer und eingermassen alzeptable Ausstattung möchte ich nicht wieder zurück.
