We had two issues at the beginning of our stay- 1- they said it was a mistake and breakfast was not included in the price - I contacted Expedia and resolved it 2- the sofa bed had a thin mattress that you can feel the metal springs , they provided a better mattress the 3rd day. The staff was kind and tried to accommodate us asap with our mattress request.

2nd stay in a week. All the positives about the location and convenience still stand. Staff on reception allowed us to check in early. Unfortunately this 2nd room was not as clean, dirty walls in toilet. The carpet felt grubby. We could not get the bath tap working, so had to use the hand shower to fill the bath, the hose had a leak & flooded the floor, using 3 towels to mop up. There was a fault with the basin pop-up and we couldn't empty the basin. Room well equipped with ironing board, kettle, fridge, hair-dryer. Would stay again due to location and friendly staff.

Insisted that the payment had not been paid as shown on the reader I paid again showed on the reader it was accepted again , passed me over to the other colleague who checked on his terminal stating a computer error,given a room card told to call at reception again refund recipient given. At seventy six I do not need that sort of reception,the only I’d I had on me was a medical prescription very intrusive for an insistent receptionist to read. Room given situated next to the utility room

The staff were lovely, friendly and always helpful. The communal areas were really nice and great atmosphere. The room was very clean and so quiet. The location was perfect, a short walk from Greenwich market and attractions and right next door to the DLR station

Overall very good, Room was clean and maintained well. A couple of very minor deficiencies in that the metal roof panel in the toilet moved every time that the door was opened or closed making a loud clanging noise. Also, the room initially smelt very strongly of cleaning products, particularly of Bleach. Aside from that it was fine.

Room was clean spacious and better than we expected. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower. Bit strange having a separate toilet which means going into the bathroom to wash your hands. Staff all pleasant, courteous. Good to have a 24 hour bar. Nice & close to the DLR station and Greenwich centre. We'll be back in a few days for another event at the O2!

Main issue was the temperature couldn’t be Ashton the shower and it was scalding hot. They were full so don’t have rooms to move us to However can’t fault them as they sorted things with a discount on the stay Don’t eat breakfast so can’t comment Overall really happy with the hotel and will happily stay again
