We were given a tiny dismal double room in the basement of an adjoining building which smelt damp and dingey. The window looked out onto an disused yard. Toilet and shower were fine.

It was clean and had ample parking. Ok for an overnight stop, but would not be my first choice if planning a few days in London. However in fairness the price was very reasonable

The location to our destination was good. Easy access to the hotel and the welcoming staff was excellent. The downside was that there were no toiletries in the room. I would have hoped that soap and shampoo were provided, albeit we did get some soap. The food, albeit I only had a starter, was really very good but the drink prices were extortionate at £4.50 for a small bottle of Peroni. I should have read the menu for the pricing. The room was ok, albeit the TV was minuscule and whilst the beds were a bit too hard for my liking, the bedding was clean so not sure I can balme the hotel for having hard beds.

Unclean, tiny smelly room. Shower was appaling - either boiling hot or freezing cold. Breakfast was disgusting. Car park was so cramped. Never again

In general, my visit was quite good. But quality of cleaning in the room was really bad and in my opinion it does not meet the standards of the three stars. I would take at least one star away from the hotel for the bad quality of cleaning because they never cleaned from under the beds. It would be easy to do so since the beds were movable. There was a lot of rubbish, dust and hair under the beds and it was clear that they did not clean from there, I stayed seven nights in the hotel and during my stay they never cleaned under the beds. It was disgusting that under my bed there were trash and hair etc. from previous visitors. I would have expected that if i book a hotel with three stars they would clean the rooms properly. I am disappointed for the lack of cleanliness.

Das Personal wahr wirklich sehr nett und haben alles gegeben. Sogar um 03.45 Uhr einen Fahrer zufinden, der mich zum Flughafen fahren konnte..

Zweckmässige Unterkunft

Vernünftiges Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Relativ knappe Platzverhältnisse bei 4 Bettbelegung.

Wat een slecht en vies hotel

Geen goed hotel, erg vies, de foto kloppen niet met de werkelijkheid. Overal zaten vieze vochtplekken, ontbijt was ook erg slecht, geen aanrader.
