The stay is in a good area close to Uxbridge town centre. Would highly recommend this place when looking for a budget place to stay. What’s outstanding is a functional working smart tv including YouTube and Netflix was a great plus with our stay. Staff lady was helpful and easy to check in and out. Would definitely recommend coming back in. Not to mention parking is free. What could be better if the bed was cleaner and the mattress more soft.

It's a cosy and convenient place for visit to Brunel. Stay only no food options though there are walkable places. Make sure you call them if you are reaching late, they will come and check you in

It's a bit run-down, but if what you need is a convenient and comfortable bed for the night, in a quiet area, and a functional shower in the morning, you can get that for a good price. And the staff were friendly and polite too.

This place was out of the in a very residential area, long walk from the bus. Biggest problem was the one available outlet (with a power strip), and only two convenience stores open late for food.

Hotel is cheap and there is a reason why!!

Weird check in procedure, giving you a room code for the door. Smelt of cooking as you walked into reception. No teaspoons in the room to stir your drinks. I ran the shower for 10 mins, No hot water!!! Radiator was making a vibrating noise as it needed bleeding, didn't need it on and could not turn it off. Staff were fine tho and helpful.

Super poor quality hotel

Booked a family room with 2 beds, but got only 1 double bed. No hot water on shower or sink tap. Almost no water pressure in shower. Toilet was not functioning, was advised could instead use a staff toilet next to reception - this toilet was filthy, super dirty. See photos.
