Great stay with the little one!

I booked this accommodation for my sister in law and her family to visit. I’ve asked for a travel cot to be included and the hotel didn’t disappoint! The reception was super helpful when checking in and out, the room was perfect with a separate double bedroom on top of a single bed and the travel cot in the main area, making it easy to tend to the little one when in need :)

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in

Took me 40 mins to check in finally after being told i needed id when they didnt ask on booking and it wasnt me there was a few others that had trouble the the staff was rude the complimentary biscuits had been open and 1 had been eaten and the wrapper put the back the room was noisey could here the lift doors banging also we left the next day even though we was booked for 2 night just couldnt stay another night

Nice room,good shower.

Nice clean room, lovely shower, bed was a bit too firm for me but spotlessly clean. The only other thing I would have liked was a hand towel as well as a bath towel.
