Lovely hotel in a great location - only 10 minite walk i to Richmond town centre and Richmond Park. No restaurant service was being offered when we stayed, which we were aware of prior to visiting but it was a little disappointing given the time they had to prepare for guests staying. We had a superior room. It was very small but functional and comfortable for no more than a couple of nights.

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting

Pros: Very convenient for Richmond, its position on the river gives superb views and it was so peaceful
Location: Lots happening in Richmond and surrounding area, good rail links to central London, within walking distance to Kew Gardens and glorious walks.
Very comfortable room, staff were extremely helpful and we are planning to go back in the very near future
