The hotel itself was clean, well situated, although our room wasn't in the same building as the reception and and bar area. The staff were all helpful and polite. Our room was really small with no drawers or cupboards, there were no tea, coffee making facilities in our room. The gap between the bed and the walls was very small. The room lighting was good also the shower and toilet room was okay as well

Friendly staff, comfortable room

The hotel was a good price in a convenient location. Easy to access all the bars and eateries of Canary Wharf but in a quieter location. Easy access down to the ferry pier in the morning for unusual transportation to work! Really great staff, lovely and friendly.

Great pod room clean and comfy. Onsite prices for soft drinks were eye watering and no nearby convenience store. I heard people in nearby rooms from time to time. Minor gripes, this was a great place

The hotel was in a great location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Made to feel special as it was mine and my friend’s birthday. Breakfast great. Room was great. The only 2 things I would have liked in the room was a firmer pillow and a bedside table or shelf.

I would say we found our stay mediocre. The room was basic and clinical. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The pillows were flat and you only got two per room. There wasn’t any hand towels for the bathroom. Shower was small. We were not in the main hotel but in some side building down the road which we thought this was a bit odd.

Great little find and exceptionally clean !

Small but perfectly formed hotel. Exceptionally clean. Has everything you need. Close to tube, had plenty of food options close by. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options for a continental breakfast.

Great little hotel

Great place to stay. Close to lots of cool restaurants and easy access to the underground. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. The hotel lobby has a nice vibe and staff are friendly. Would stay here again.

Nice little place

Great place on Canary Wharf. Useful for getting around London and away from the main hustle and bustle. We stayed to visit London and get to the Imagine Dragons. Be aware of which tube/train gets to the wharf if travelling late.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Canary Wharf station. There's a cobblestone path midway, so we recommend that those with wheeled travel cases take a longer route. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable for sleeping, and the facilities are new, so I'm very satisfied.
