Staff were very pleasant and wanted to help. Property felt run down. Threadbare carpets in some areas outside lifts, room decor very dated. Was staying the night before a flight, did not get much sleep due to noise. Comfy mattress though the best ever! The bed frame round the bed was very irritating and painful as you kept walking into it. Would stay elsewhere next time.

When I checked in I was told that I booked a room with one double bed or two twin beds. I know and have the receipt for a supreme room with a king size bed. The staff member said he would talk to the manager and came back to say he could put me in a room with a king size bed but when we got upstairs the bed was definitely smaller than a king. Our universal adapters didn’t fit in the outlets but that could have been on us, I don’t know. What really struck me though, was that we had to pay for breakfast and we had to pay for the shuttle to Heathrow. This may be a culture thing, in America these things are typically free

Room service was good. Food was delicious, thank you. Beds are very comfortable. Staff were helpful and gave us interconnecting rooms, which made the stay much more pleasant as we were a family with young children. Our previous visit was not good, with a long wait for check in with tired children, so this compensated. Thank you.

Hotel room was nice, however, I thought the restaurants were extremely expensive. The breakfast was £28 per person. It was very average and I prefer the food at a premier inn. Overall it was ok, but not worth the cost.

Great clean and accommodating hotel. Romeo was great at checking us in, answering questions and helping us get early checkin after an exhausting trip from the states.

Great for a stopover.

Fantastic check in, was Given an upgrade but unfortunately the AC in room was not working and room was like an oven. Requested to move rooms and it was done right away and the new room was fine. Very comfortable bed, bathroom bit dated but overall very good. Bar and restaurant is very good. Shame they got rid of the steakhouse though.
