Hotel was loud. Doors to room are heavy and when they are opened or shut they are very loud. Room next door kept me up until nearly one in the morning. Staff are not very approachable. Room was clean, big and great views of the o2 but for the price would not book again

The hotel is nice. But there is a £30 per day charge for guests to use the hotel carpark. We are VIP but never received our f&b discount. We purchased bar drinks, but we were not allowed to drink them in the conservatory as we weren’t eating. Not impressed with the overall service for those reasons

Good hotel, nice and clean. Our room was very good, nice and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice (buffet style). The hotel is around 15 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube station.
