Free upgrade as our anniversary, our suite was fantastic. Thank you. Several lights weren’t working so please check them! Afra who checked us in was really nice, with a lovely smile. Breakfast was all good too. Thanks for everything.

The location is okay but located within a very residential area, about 15-20 mins to Canary Wharf. Staff were unhelpful, the restaurant Scoff snd Banter is shockingly bad and expensive. The hotel has a small area to buy sweets and drinks, a bag of fruit pastilles is £7.00 and a chocolate bar £4.00, I know hotels add a premium but this is ridiculous and I won’t personally stay in another Raddison.

Car service was particularly poor. Asked hotel to get me a taxi on the final day. The driver turned up in a beat up car that the back wheel was grinding on the outside of the car. Driver could barely speak English. Got lost going to airport and charged me 20 pound more than what i was quoted by hotel. Called hotel to complain, but after being on hold for 15 minutes i gave up. Hotel shouldn't give a stamp of approval to a car service without standards. Very poor.

Bed rock hard. Parking about ten spots only. 15 walk to any tube station, uber didn’t work no one seems to accept our request so gave up and walked to a station. Bed was the worst bed I’ve had in a hotel in years.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time, we had a really great experience. The room was incredible, looked out onto the Thames from every window. The bath in front of the window was a nice surprise. The room was clean and well presented and the bed was comfortable. We left the curtains open and woke to a beautiful sunrise. Breakfast was really good, quiet, well stocked and the food was perfect. Will definitely return.
