Perfect location for a night before flying out from Heathrow. Hotel is kept in great condition, and they offer free snacks & drinks on certain week nights which is great! Rooms are big as they're all suites, so it's a perfect spot!

This was the best value hotel we have stayed with in quite a while. Facilities and living areas were super clean and immaculately maintained. Service staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Our second time staying here and is a perfect pre-flight stay, especially with our toddler. Staff are friendly and helpful, and what I loved the most is that they have a huge, home-like area near the lobby with sofas, which came in handy when my son decided to wake up really early and we needed a space for us to be while the rest of the family kept sleeping. Free coffee and tea downstairs too, which again helps us tired parents.
