The room was great as was the continental breakfast and lounge. The only negative was the pizza restaurant next door in the Holiday Inn. The service was poor, the pizza options were slim and the food was only so-so. The bar on the other side of the room was very nice with good food options and nice and prompt service. Other than the pizza place, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a great find! This is truly a suite. Perfect place for stay over at Heathrow. But reasonable enough and so comfortable that it might be a good place to come back to and take the subway into the City for a longer stay. Superb staff!

Very convenient location. Hotel's common areas are spacious and so was my room. Air conditioning was quiet and very comfortable. Nice and bright hallways which you don't find often. Toilets in main lobby very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I will book this hotel again on my next vacation in London.

Going from T5 ( where we arrived at) to T4 (where the hotel is) was not a walk in the park. It took us like one hour to find out how to and actually doing it. Make sure which is your arrival terminal in LHR before you reserve a hotel.
