Nice staff. Property under renovation so there was some noise and inconveniences. Nice rooms and replenished and cleaned every day. Three blocks to Tube station.

Lovely hotel, with clean, modern rooms in close proximity to the centre of Putney with plenty of shops and dining. The reception staff were very helpful and made sure I was able to access the facilities with ease, whilst I have a broken ankle.

Very nice, helpful staff - no lift but my luggage was carried upstairs for me. Very nice room, everything I needed was there, nice and warm on arrival. Good choice of food at breakfast.

No elevators, had to carry my boxes up and down the stairs on the 3rd floor, some parts are still under construction. Heat not evenly distrubuted, some hall ways are colder than other. Very small rooms and not very comfortable bed but breakfast was good. If you dont mind everything listed above go ahead and book but i really feel like its not worth the amount i paid per night.

Good, but can be V. Good

Nice location and staff were very helpful. They are going through renovations, which didn’t affect the room we were staying at. But hallways had a bad smell. No lift either, not sure if it was related to work or just no lift in general. Room wasn’t clean, bedding wasn’t clean.
