Very easy to get to from Heathrow terminal 5. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. We opted for the breakfast before heading back to Heathrow to catch a train to our next destination. We would definitely stay here again.

Ok for a night before flight

It was fine for a night before a flight. Pod system very handy and fun. The lobby is nice enough but the general hotel layout/room corridors looks very tired. Room itself was fine, clean with Nespresso machine. Bath had a few dings in it and it was also very slippy when wet. Aviator bar is nice, great to watch the planes.

Good hotel and reasonable price. Helpful staff. Good location for Heathrow airport. The hotel uses ‘pods’ to transport guests from the airport to the hotel, but it appears that this is an additional cost which I wasn’t aware of when booking.

Clean little no frills airport hotel that you can access from terminal 5 via the pod. It does cost 9.00 per person each way to take the pod but very convienent.

The quality of this hotel has gone down since I stayed here last September. They used to have two bottles of water in the room now they’ve taken that away. There was only one bath towel and half a roll of toilet paper in my room. The front desk staff were always too busy so I couldn’t ask for what I needed. The bed in my room was comfortable enough but the pillows were so thick that they hurt my neck and I could not sleep on any of them. It seems like there is not enough housekeeping staff there….the ones I saw were very busy and seemed stressed out. While this hotel is very convenient to London Heathrow terminal 5, the management and/or owner has really downgraded the standard of this hotel which is a shame. As they sure have not decreased the prices any.

Easily accessible from the airport via public buses. However, there wasn't much around in the area. The hotel does not have an elevator but wasn't a problem for us as it was only a few steps. There's only one main floor. Hotel was very quiet even though we were really close to the airplanes and could see them from our room. Overall, would recommend if you need a place to sleep overnight but not if you're planning to staying long term as it was quite far from everything else.

Property was OK for a one night in transit stay. However although the breakfast was great the food in the evening was disgusting. We ordered nachos and chicken strips. The Nachos looked and tasted like they had been put together by a five year old, globs of sour cream and other indescribable ingredients slopped onto a plate, no cheese, everything cold, had two chips an left the rest. The chicken strips were overcooked and there was three small strips for £9. Also left them, it was like eating beef jerky. Service was slow and unfriendly.

Although called Terminal 5 hotel, the only transport option to the terminal is a pod service, which costs £8 each and can get busy with queues making it stressful. The Hoppa bus is not available and taxis cost around £28
