Clean but you need to plan to get to terminal

Hotel is clean and easy, staff are friendly. It isnt that easy to get to the terminal, I opted for the local bus which was full and I couldnt get on, I just got a taxi as didnt have loads of time

Terminal 5 stay

Bed was lovely - super bedding, comfy pillows. Easy access to T5 via the pod which was clearly explained on check-in. Would recommend for a morning flight.

Worn but good comfort and value

Check-in was friendly and efficient.I found my room easily. It was very clean and tidy and in fact I think the sheets were brand-new. The bed was very comfortable and a small easy chair was also welcome. The room itself is rather old fashioned with dark woods But is functional. My major frustration was that there were no power outputs by the bedside tables. The value for money was reasonable for a single night stay.

This is the kind of hotel you stay in and think it’s time to start paying a bit more for hotels. While you get what you pay for, this hotel is not worth what they’re charging. The staff are great and very helpful but they”re being let down by a scruffy, overpriced and occasionally smelly environment.
