The location is brilliant. Right next to the tube station and Westfield’s shopping mall plus Shepherds Bush empire is a couple mins away. Mac Donald’s or greggs next door too for a cheap breakfast. Rooms were nicely decorated with tea/coffee facilities and a bottle of water. Shower was good. Service was great and they were very helpful and accommodating.

Centrally located, quiet comfort!

We stayed to attend a gig nearby. The facilities were clean, comfortable and despite the fact our room had a window facing the street it was surprisingly quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Best location, good price.

Pros: Location. Price. Style.
Cons: Make the rooms noise-proof from the busy street/road in front. Especially at night when drunk people are noisy until early morning on weekends.
Location: Shopping and dining is around the corner, as well as Underground and Overground.
The location was just beside the Shepherd's Bush Underground and Overground station, accessible to both Luton and Heathrow airports. The Westfield mall is just around the corner so restaurants and shopping are just minutes away.

One night stay

Just one night business trip. Great location. Small space and street noise, however room nice and clean. Sufficient for short stay.

Family Trip to London

Excellent location beside Tube station and area. Hotel very clean. Bit of a climb to top as no lift but good exercise.

Good hotel

Enjoyed our stay. Great location - a stones throw away from Shepherds Bush tube and Westfield shopping centre. Room very clean and tidy if a little on the small side. Beautiful interior decoration throughout the hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely clean hotel/guest house

The location is excellent, right beside the central line tube. Bit noisey but wasn't a problem. Small rooms but well equipped and more importantly clean. I would consider more a guest house than hotel as there is no bar or restaurant but any amount of places close by. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal location

This hotel is excellently located for Westfield Shopping Centre - visible form bathroom window and for the tube for central line services. The staff were friendly and attentive and the rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
