Has to be Seen 👀

I was having an operation on both my eyes at Optical Express White City on Monday and had to return the next day for a checkup. I booked the room as it looked very clean (was) & was near Shepherd's Bush station, one stop from White City. They were extremely helpful, especially on the Monday, when I had very restricted sight & even read the instructions on the medication out to me.

The hotel was fine but didn't meet expectations. It was very noisy (I was one level above ground floor and the street noise was constant), the walls were thin and the door had a gap all the way around that let in both light and sound. The walls and doorframes are dirty and in desperate need of a cleaning and painting. There's scaffolding up outside the building that blocks any natural light from the small, high window. The bed was comfortable at least and the staff seemed friendly. Also the fire alarm went off on my first night there around 4 am, a false alarm. The area immediately around the hotel didn't feel super safe but the hotel is basically on top of Shepherd's Bush tube station and an Overground station on the Mildmay Line which was nice, but Shepherd's Bush is not step-free -- something to note if you have a lot of luggage.

Great value for money

I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. It's right next to the underground, a small grocery store, and a large shopping mall, but it's not noisy at all. The rooms are very clean and in good shape by London standards. Will definitely stay here for business trips going forward!

Lovely small hotel in a great location. Excellent value for money. The hotel appears newly refurbished. Everything is clean and feels homely. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Comfortable room and facilities. Low noise level considering the location. A great nights sleep!

Convenient

Stayed for work locally. Very friendly check in. Room small but with all you need and gave a good nights sleep. Plenty of shops and pubs on the doorstep and a minutes walk to the tube/railway station.

Stay if you like filthy rooms

Well the staff at the reception was horrible and very rude. Found a used condom in my room and the hotel hasn’t even apologised they just told me they will clean when I leave to which I demanded a new room. New room was very dusty and filthy.

good, Steep stairs, top floor has "beep" 24/7

Nice rooms, close to Westfield and Shepards bush underground. however very steep stairs, and there is a constant beep thought the night on the top floor that cannot be switched off... We found that hte staff were good, and helpful (apart from the Beep)

What a gem to find this awesome hotel! Right next to Westfields and the underground and excellent bus routes. Spotlessly clean! Large screen TV and the bonus of having a small fridge in the room. Single rooms are on the road side of the hotel so expect some road traffic noise as well as pedestrian noises but not too bothersome as the size and facilities suited me. Staff couldn't be more helpful! Have already booked my next stay 😊

Does what it says on the tin

I booked W12 Rooms because I needed somewhere to stay while working in London for 5 days. It's in a great location on Shepherds Bush Green with lots of food options and with Westfield London a few minutes walk away, it's great for shopping etc too. Lots of local amenities and great transport links. Would book again if working in the Shepherds Bush area again.
