Pros: Friendly staff
Very friendly staff,quick check in and check out process. Location convenient off the motorway to get into Loughborough.

Convenient location.

Pros: Easy access from M1
Cons: Investigate, and fix, the faulty fire alarm.
False fire alarms on two consecutive mornings rather spoilt the experience!

Friendly, comfortable, and stylish

We really enjoyed this hotel. We arrived well after midnight and exhausted. The friendly receptionist carried our cases to our room for us -- a real help. The hotel is very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable. We liked the range of lighting options from bright light to dim. Everything clean and comfortable. Was ideal for us, and we would go back in a heartbeat.
