Hotel is good if a little dated. Plenty of parking. Gym is good. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal was disappointing and rubbery. Walls in the rooms a touch thin though, was woken upto earthquake like snores at 4am from the room next door.

Bed was very comfortable. I slept really well. Only problem with the room was a bit short on the tea and coffee supplies. 4 little sealed pots of milk do not go far enough. Breakfast was good for me although the coffee was dreadful. I would stay here again. The staff are really great.

Lisa on reception who checked us in and out was very helpful and courteous. May in the dining room was very polite and friendly. Our room was a nice size. TV reception was a bit hit and miss. There were no drawers in the room to put underwear away so everything was on show on a shelf. Food was good. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. Dinner portions a fair size and tasty food.

We had a nice stay ,but the two nights we stayed,at night there were youngsters running up and down the corridor banging doors didn't sleep well ,they were told about it other people complained, we usually come to Ramada for my birthday and my boyfriends this is the first time I've had to complain

I think for the rating and price, some updates to the rooms need to be made. The room entry doors do not meet the floor meaning you can hear others in their rooms constantly, and there's a draft. No way to control temperature in the rooms, and the curtains were dirty and decor quite old.

NOT accessible in my opinion Platform lift out of action looks like has been for a while so in order to get from reception to lifts you had to leave the building and go around and back in a double heavy doored possibly a fire escape but not certain Please tell the chef not to incinerate the bacon and sausages Where was Basil
