We got to the hotel way too early to check in. The front desk was very helpful to let us in to the pool while we waited and got us shampoo to use to shower off. They also helped us book a tour for the Everglades that afternoon. And stored our luggage for us. They were very accommodating to a group that hadn’t even checked in yet. We had to walk to dinner but we made it to Dennys and had a great night. Breakfast was good and very filling.

Me and my family checked into this hotel two separate nights the first night was not a problem at all. The 2nd time we checked in the room was on another floor as soon as you walked in the room smelled like old wet carpet and the AC had a funny smell coming from it. I went down and asked for another room which the Gentlemen at the front desk had no problem doing he was really nice about switching us to another room.The next room smelled the same exact way maybe worse but we had to stay there because we had a flight the next morning it was just really old and funky the toilet kept flooding we had to call about that twice overall that night was just a bad experience the Hotel itself is old but the staff was nice.

The staff and service they provide made this place an excellent stay for us after coming in from a late flight. It is a quick drive from the airport and the noon checkout enabled us to sleep in late before our drive up north. The room was clean and well stocked. The complimentary Breakfast also had lots of variety. Again, the staff is what made this place stand out and I will definitely consider this place again in the future.
