This place had bedbugs and then they didn’t have their property manager on site to even help anybody. I had to wait three days to get my refund. Super disappointed with this day.

Excellent support at the last minute. Was able to get some rest after a long frustrating day at the St Thomas USVI airport with massive delays and inconvenience when arriving at Miami airport.Was a relief and pleasant experience ending of this trip.

This hotel staff was very rude kept laughing with the other staff playing around. Had to ask for help the staff was busy talking to each other. The room looked clean how for roaches to start coming out of the vents. Also the parking is horrible you have to pay $12 to park.

Roaches

Unfortunately, our two night stay turned into a cancelation two hours after check in. We had joining rooms and there was a cockroach on the wall of one. If you know roaches, when there's one, there are more. We fought for a refund and went to another hotel. The bathroom was not clean but i wiped it down with my own supplies before we encountered the roach.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport which was excellent. Also booked it because it had a shuttle to MIA which was important to me. We checked in at 10pm and the front desk staff were ok. They were more concerned with talking with each other than paying attention to providing good customer service to the people they were helping with at the time.

The hotel has roaches. Painting and upgrades needed for basic level. Hotel did not Orbitz to cancel my stay which i repeatedly asked for. Staff at Orbitz did not resolve my issue and of course Clarion staff were no help.

Staff was very friendly. I had medical emergency the night I checked in and they stayed with me kept me calm called an ambulance they were very efficient and very friendly I would recommend this hotel to anybody

This hotel doesn't offer much. No complimentary breakfast. Very old hotel. One receptionist is eating breakfast at the front desk. No good restaurants in the area. Overall, so disappointed.
