The guy at the front desk was very rude. Unfortunately, I forgot his name. I went to the front desk before check-out to ask a question, but while I was still talking, he suddenly walked away without saying anything and started talking to another staff member. He came back after a few minutes, but it was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He could’ve at least said “excuse me” or let me know he’d be right back instead of leaving me standing there confused, not knowing what to do. It left a very poor impression, especially since front desk staff are supposed to set the tone for good customer service.
