25 dollar a NIGHT fee on parking your car. Wifi costs 15 per day. Cleanliness and housekeeping were good, room was fine. We had issues with the shower from the first night, not heating up and inconsistent water pressure. We promptly let the front desk know and they assured us the building engineers would have it fixed. The next day the shower was not fixed, we complained two more times before being told a manager would reach out to us, but they never did. Eventually we went down to the front desk and requested to speak to the manager, and asked for a new room and compensation for not having hot water most of our stay. The manager offered us only partial compensation on parking fees, and the new room had another issue with the shower not draining. Cannot recommend staying here, the bundle deal was absolutely not worth it. Staff was quite rude, nonstop issues the entire stay, on-site restaurant is horrendously expensive. Only plus I can say is housekeeping was good, and the hotel was fine cleanliness wise. You can get a much much better deal a few more minutes from the airport, the free shuttle is not worth the hassle.

Overnight before a cruise

Family Overnight before a cruise and after a long flight. The suite set up with a separate bedroom and a living with a dining room table was perfect for us. The hotel provided breakfast was first class and super well done

Beautiful property. We arrived late from our flight and unfortunately wasnt able to fully enjoy our experience. They do have a shuttle from.the airport that rounds every 30m. Some other hotels have more shuttles making the wait for the shuttle less. Our room was large and spacious. Clean. Even brought our UV light and everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Lots of options. If i could remember anything it would be to make water more available. Otherwise yoy are payinf $5 for a bottle. For those who are heading to the port after check out for a cruise, they use a 3rd party for transportion. Easy. $12 per person. You sign up at front desk and pay the driver of the bus. They let you off right at the enatrance of the port. Easy!

Really loud place. It’s a hotel but basically a motel as their lobby allows all the sound up to the rooms. We were in a suite and I didn’t sleep all night. Hearing elevator heaps and people talking.
