We regularly stay with Embassy Suites when we travel. We did here again. Most everything was as expected. However, our room was infested with COCKROACHES. Had them coming up out of shower drain. On the nightstand. Worst was the one I found running around on sheets with me in the morning. To prove our point I captured that alive in a pill container and gave it to the front desk. We are hoping none decided to go with us in our luggage. We need a hotel in eleven days when we are back in Miami. We won’t be staying at this Embassy Suites.

The Embassy Suites was close to the airport and they provided complimentary shuttle service from the airport which was very helpful. The room was clean and large and worked for 4 guests for our 1 night stay before a cruise the following day. I would stay there again!

Hotel room was spacious and beds were comfy. If you’re a light sleeper this isn’t a place for you. The foyer is loud at times and the planes going by almost every minute are very loud…especially when at the pool. But the perks of free nightly snacks and free drinks were nice.

The staff was wonderful and facilities excellent. The breakfast and hospitality period was, as always, excellent. The musician was a very nice touch. The bar and restaurant staff were slow and not very customer oriented.

Needs an upgrade and friendlier staff!

This Embassy Suites Hotel could use an update! Taller toilets, new furniture, hooks falling off of the bathrooms doors etc. The front desk staff was not very friendly when we checked in…..but they sure have a GREAT Breakfast in the morning!!
