Stayed for a night before my cruise departed, only issue I had with the property is that the phone in my room didn’t work. So had to go all the way to the front desk to find out where the ice machine was.

Everything was perfect. Only thing that was unsettling was that I saw a roach by the fridge. Other than that our stay was absolutely amazing. We even got a message after our departure to make sure we made it home safely. That really added to the experience. Thank you for a great stay!

Did not like the restaurant on site! Took a long time for anyone to take our order and a long wait for our food. And it was not busy maybe 12 people in whole area. And our refill drinks took extremely long to get refill.

The customer service was excellent, especially Merv. The breakfast was above average, the gym had a Pelaton, and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed one night prior to our cruise and plan to stay one night when we return before flying home. Transportation to and from the airport was easy and the shuttle to the cruise was reasonable and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on September 5th, 2025 the night before we boarded the Carnival Celebration the next morning. We have never really stayed at any Embassy Suites so we really didn't know what to expect. But, WOW this place was fantastic! The place is absolutely stunning, very clean, and the people working here are truly first-class! We were a couple of hours early but the front desk that consisted of Christopher C, Jasmine, Yavelin, Yesenia, and Jacqueln couldn't have bee nicer! They all are a true asset to your company! From the time we arrived they made us feel like we were at home and even offered us an early check in which was a bonus after a long morning of traveling to Florida. BIG BONUS!!! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and extremely quiet at night! The hotel always had people in and out but it never felt too crowded or too noisy. It was a great night before we took off on our 8 day cruise. The free breakfast that was provided the next morning was top of the line! Lots of places to sit to enjoy your breakfast to get an early jump on your day. If you are checking out this hotel please do yourself a favor and book it! You won't regret it...we know we didn't. We will be sure to check this hotel out again if we are ever back in Miami. KUDOS to everyone from the staff that made this a memorable stay for us. A++++++

The door to my first room could not lock and I was eventually put into another room. This should never have happened because maintenance should have been aware of it and done the repairs before it was assigned to me.

Pros: the Breakfast. It was totally great - The rooms are spacious -Cons: the late at night shuttle service to the airport. They advertise it as running every 30 minutes. We waited 90 minutes 2 different nights (we work at the airport). They did not answer calls at the Hotel to check on shuttle, it just rang and rang. Driver was defensive saying we must have missed him and claimed he was there every 30 minutes. This is not true as we saw every shuttle and car for 90 minutes 2 separate times. Very frustrating to say the least.

The shuttle that they advertise in embassy suites and also on their recorded message when you call that it provides services to and from and from Miami Int’l Airport every 30 minutes is simply not true. We were working at the airport and called 2 separate times in the middle of the night. No shuttle showed up in the place they designate per their information. I called no less than 10 times each night to no answer at the hotel to see where the shuttle was. When the driver showed up he essentially wasn’t honest by saying he’d been there every 30 minutes and we must of missed him. That did not happen. We didn’t leave the spot and could easily see every shuttle that came by (most other hotels came 2-3-4 times by the time embassy suites came once). Infuriating and greatly unprofessional. Very disappointing.
