The room was okay, but the area around it did not appear safe. The breakfast buffet was okay too. We could smell people smoking pot all day/night near our room. The laundry room had sketchy people in it all hours of the day/night...We will not return to this property, since there are better/safer hotels in the area.

This property is reasonably priced which includes continental breakfast, It is dated and old bath faucet was hard to turn on for hot water but it is very conveniently located near shopping, restaurant and Everglades

Enjoyed our stay, breakfast served by staff, pool area very nice, great location. Desk clerks very nice. No elevator. We were on 2nd floor and are getting up in age. Will have to keep that in mind for future bookings.

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at the Floridian Hotel. Our room was clean and we had no complaints with the service. They had a hot breakfast which was appreciated! The location was not especially scenic but it was a convenient stopping point on the way to the Everglades.

Bed was comfortable. Security is on point. We had a room where we could not see our car but after seeing the security guy always doing rounds around the buildings made us feel so much better. Great stay.

Was convenient location for going to the Everglades. Staff was nice, room was clean although the carpet could use a steam clean. Found out pool was closed when we got there which was a bummer. Breakfast was ok, standard eggs, sausage, potatoes and a selection of cereal and pastries Over all is was good for the price point

I've been using The Floridian for the past two years. It was great. But now...to my surprise, I saw 5 cacaroaches in the 6 days I was there this trip (zero in my prior). Is it because they let customers take breakfast food to their room? Some people bring 5 plates of breakfast. I don't know, but I hope they can resolve this. I really liked my stay otherwise.

it a good hotel dated but clean convenient a lot of shopping and dining options the property has a good breakfast the room are clean but the carpet need to be updated and be clean a lot of stain spots
