Front desk reception staff was NOT welcoming at all and in fact initially quite rude, he did improve after I called out the behavior. The AC in the room was exceptionally loud and totally ineffective. I would never stay here again

This property was perfect. Everything was super clean. The bedsheets were super comfortable. The only thing that I would be concerned is the AC doesn’t cool down the whole room and we had to bring our own fan but other than that everything was amazing. The complementary breakfast was good. I saw a small roach when I was serving myself cereal but other than that, everything was perfect. I didn’t see any insects while in my room, though the staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was amazing. I am most definitely coming back to stay here if I’m ever in Miami.

I woke up to bugs all over my items in the bathroom. There manager would NOT refund my money. This place is terrible. Looks. Ice but aweful condition inside. And it has bugs!

When we arrived at the feont deak the guy checked us in and never once metioned when breakfast was or that the pool was closed. I was disappointed staying there this time. I had asked him where we could go swimming and he said the beach and i asked where at and he pointed south with no directions.

Ick. Pool was nasty, loud cacophonous music from competing guests made relaxing impossible. Fellow guests stuffed shopping bags full at breakfast while the rest of us got the scraps. Couldn’t wait to leave
