I liked that the parking for the Handicapped unit we were in was right in front of our room. It was nice to have a handicap seat in the shower for my mother and myself. Plenty of room in the bathroom for mobilization. The staff were very kind, attentive, and accommodating. My mother who is 80 was unable physically to stay an additional night she wanted to return home to her own accommodations and they were kind enough not to charge us for the additional night we had booked. There was a bit of a musty smell in the room. Could be they need to spray some Clorox Disinfecting Mist to tackle this problem. I would suggest that they add stands to put the suitcases on in the rooms. I have a bad back and having to get our things out of the bags from the floor was awkward. If I ever were to return to this area I would stay here again.

Frankly, given the location and pricing, I was a bit apprehensive about my choice, but the room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.

It's close to the Everglades and the Keys, which is nice. It's not a fancy place, but it met our needs for sleeping. There's quite a few options for food nearby, which is nice. And, it has a free breakfast, which is always a nice perk when traveling.

I was treated very poorly. I did make a mistake in registration and accepted it but the older women was not kind. The place needs an over hall to update the interior. There is only so many times one can paint the trim and it won’t help.
