Beding is comfortable but pillows are way too soft. Hence no support and uncomfortable. Bathroom tub looks dirty. Toilet seat slipped to one side when sitting on.

We stayed 2 nights before our cruise. The airport shuttle was timely and convenient. They provide a shuttle to the ports, but at a cost of $14 per person, so we took an Uber that was half the cost. Our stay was comfortable and the staff was amazing and helpful! Breakfast was great! What we didn’t like is there isn’t much available within walking distance for restaurants. There’s a food truck very close with great burgers but that’s about it. The staff gave us a couple of options for take out with delivery. The airport is close and you hear the noise but it didn’t bother our sleep.

The hotel was fine. It was very loud outside due to airplanes landing and taking off, but you couldn't hear the noise inside your room. The hotel was not the cleanest, but it was alright. The outside pool area was nice in the evening to sit and relax.

Mostly good stay, but my hair dryer didn't work and the shower door wouldn't close all the way, making the floor wet when I was done. I reported both to the desk clerk upon checking out and she made a note of both issues.

Perfect for a one night transit.

Convenient for travel. Surprisingly quiet being so close to airport. Still needed some earplugs but that’s me. Great bathroom with large walk in shower. Lacks a restaurant or bar. Nothing walkable around. Decent included breakfast.

Could not get any closer to the airport however, we found the rooms very quiet even with planes coming in and out. The staff was very accommodating and the food truck next door had the BEST BURGER we have had in a very long time worth every penny and with great staff as well

Upon entering the room we inspected the beds, and found what looked like urine stains and hair on the sheets and mattress pad. I requested fresh linens and was offered another room. We moved to the other room and found what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets. We checked out and had to get a room at another hotel. (Hyatt Place, next door over). The attendant could not give me a refund or a receipt because I booked from Expedia.(A third party).We also waited almost an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, other patrons called repeatedly regarding the shuttle and was told that an employee didn't show up for their shift, and they were trying to get another shuttle driver in. This was definitely not the level of service that I was used to from a Hampton Inn. I would like to get a full refund, as I was not there for more than 30 minutes. I can provide pictures if necessary and will reach out to Expedia upon my return from our cruise.

very accommodating and pleasant staff. after experiencing 3 flight delays and 4 missed connections, i arrive at hotel at 2am. i called and warned them and they were great even arranging transport to cruise terminal with short notice. would stay here again for sure
