Stay could've been better.

The stay started off rocky. Had to Uber from the airport as we waited for the shuttle for over an hour. Then the bus to the Port the next morning was very frustrating as it seemed completely unorganized.

The building itself needs upgrading the room and bathrooms are very outdated compared to most hotels in big city such as Miami. Even the blinds were outdated one of them fell down while I was asleep. Everything else was very good service.

Great jacuzzi for a weary traveler

Reuger (spelling?) made our stay just right Don’t count on the Shuttle. No problems the first weekend there when we arrived but the second weekend when we came back, we stood on the concrete at airport for an hour. I called the hotel and they said it would be 10 minutes.

There was BLOOD ON OUR MATTRESS and got told it was degreaser when we went to the front desk. The eh have us another room when we explained that we know what blood looks like.
