The bathroom had black hair all over we are all blonde i have photos the pool was broke so they shuttled us to another laquinta 15 minutes away by car and tood us to have their front desk call when we were done and they would come back and pick us up no one answered for them we tried calling for 45 minutes along with laquinta customer service finally got a hold of someone another 30 minute wait finally after almost two hours we were picked up by a full van of other people( 9 people in a 7 person van) just very disappointed with the whole experience requested compensation to my original form of payment very understaffed not the staffs fault one person at the front desk on a Sunday when cruise ships come back and ship out

Very limited breakfast options. Used to have eggs, waffle, sausage etc. Cupboards were bare in the hotel store. Not even a single bottle of water. Had to walk to Subway for water. Room was clean.

They wanted to charge us 50 to check in early then get to our room and its roaches in the room, on top of water in the tub wouldn't go completely off, also very old and out dated, also the pool was not opened
