Check in was good and staff all lovely. Room was as expected, clean and functional. Noise was a big problem. The nightclub next door closed at 5am with noise all night (Friday) and then lots of noise until everyone dispersed. Lots of noise with people coming and going during the night (I guess with the proximity to the airport this should be expected). Didn’t feel very safe in the surrounding area we were going to walk the 200m to the gas station shop for some water and snacks, half way there someone came out a shop and recommended we turn back due to the people hanging around.. was well located for the airport and a short drive to the Dolphin Mall. Would have been fine for our purpose except for the noise. Pool was closed. Can’t fault the staff all were very pleasant and helpful.

No wi fi service for the entire time, door not closing properly, constantly had to push hard to get into the room, a lot of cockroaches crawling around the room, leaking bathroom taps, annoying lamp bulb that keeps flickering, no micro wave, no fridge, the upholstery on the desk chair comes off on your skin when seated. and prefer not to sit. Overall experience in the room was very uncomfortable. service personal came and cannot speak english to understand! Basically horrible experience.

I stayed in room 146 and it smelled like mildew. The bathroom ceiling and shower had black mold spots that were poorly painted over. The whole room felt damp. Staff communication was terrible — I was told the shuttle ran every 15 minutes, then later told it didn’t start until 7 a.m., almost making me miss my flight. My key stopped working, and staff were rude when I asked for help. They called a friend’s “taxi” that overcharged me $53. No water, no courtesy, and no professionalism. I wouldn’t stay here again.
