Arrived 15 minutes before check in and could not check in would not allow wife to use restroom. Room was terrible water stains all over ceiling, windows filthy, shades broken, bathroom counters falling apart . Elevator was trashed, a lot of undesirable people hanging out in parking lot all hours of the night.

Room was raggedy and ran down. Mildew and microbial growth everywhere ! Even on the shower lining. Had a patio but it was disgusting and had mattresses just sitting there. Like why do yall have mattresses outside in the rain in someone’s room patio ? Definitely one of those places you double check for bed bugs.

Waste of money and time

As soon as I was going to check in I noticed it very dirty and a lot of mold. The lady at the desk told me I would have to pay a deposit and a resort fee which would have been fine but this place was far from a resort and really disgusting. Don’t believe the pictures they put up this place is no place for anyone to stay. We ended up leaving immediately and very upset about the waste of time and money i spent to not even stay there. Luckily I was able to find a nice clean Marriott nearby and was able to walk in and get a very clean room.

Gross!

This hotel was easily the most disgusting hotel I have ever checked into. First of all the front desk staff were rude and uninviting. She gave me a key to the room that did not work. Went back down requested another key. Got another key. And then when I got into the room Immediately started taking pictures to send to hotel.com because it was so disgusting. How do you put a hotel on your website without reviewing it. The sheets were stained with God knows what. There was a roach waiting for us in the bathroom. It was appalling. They told me my room was nonrefundable and they could transfer me to their sister hotel, which was so disgusting and dirty. I was not even putting my stuff down or parking my car due to safety fears. if hotels.com continues to include such rundown unkept hotels on the website, I will never use it again, and I will tell everybody on social media and be vocally not even hotel.com because you clearly do not look at the hotels your listing.

This place is a complete bait and switch. The pictures on the internet looks nothing like What it is in real life. The walls are dirty, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, and my bed sheets are even stained. I literally left in disgust and found another place.

It’s unbelievable that they are allowed to operate in any capacity. Safety concerns, no smoke detectors, mold and mildew, not ADA compliant, exposed wires around the pool ladder, pool lamp hanging from socket, no iron, only supply two bath towels and if you want clean towels must provide the dirty towel for each clean towel. The worst experience I have ever experienced.

Took 30 minutes to check in and the room has viable mold and smell when entering. The entire complex was the worst conditioned hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Asked for refund after 5 minutes and was refused due to no refunded rate. Expedia needs to do better to ensure photos and conditions are accurate as this clearly not suitable and will call health inspector.
