TERRIBLE! I rarely leave negative reviews, but the place is in very bad condition. Incredibly dirty room, especially in the bathroom where we found very dirty in toilet. The smell of mold was unmistakable and instantly made me anxious about my health and safety. I immediately decided that my family couldn't stay here, so I booked another hotel at a higher cost. Till now, this hotel still don't refund my booking fee. I don't understand why the hotel is still on EXPEDIA?

This hotel is horrible!!! The photos are very old and misleading. In fact, they should ban photos because they have nothing to do with reality. My room stank of cigarettes, mold and everything was poorly cleaned... I think this hotel should be closed!!! The worst experience of my life

*Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!* I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having the worst experience at this hotel. Here are the issues I encountered: - *Dirty Room*: The room was not clean, with dirty bed sheets and a smelly bed. - *Filthy Carpet*: If you walk barefoot in the room, the carpet is so dirty that your feet will be black. - *Rude Staff*: The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. - *Deposit Scam*: They took my cash deposit and then claimed there was a stain on the blanket when I checked out, refusing to return my deposit. - *Resort Fees*: They charge a daily resort fee of $23, which is outrageous considering the poor state of the hotel. - *Poor Value*: The hotel is already rated 4/10 stars, and I would give it less than one star if possible. - *Scam Alert*: I believe the hotel is running a scam, and Expedia should reconsider listing this property. *My Experience* I only stayed at this hotel because my appointments were nearby, but I deeply regret it. I've been traveling for many years, and this was the worst experience I've had. *Conclusion* Please stay in a better hotel. This one is not worth your money or time.

This place is nasty, the website makes it look so much better none of the Jacuzzi’s work in any of the rooms the hotel staff doesn’t care that it doesn’t work and it’s infested with roaches horrible I’ll never go there ever again
