The hotel is convenient for those on a layover in Miami. It is easy to find and the room is decent. The receptionists are not the friendliest but are competent.

The front desk staff was nice, but the cleanliness and state of the room was really sub-par. There were lots of stains on the walls, and hair left in the bathroom. Also, only one elevator was working in a place where you're likely to have a lot of luggage, and be on a time-crunch so that should be a priority to look into/fix. My other family members also stayed at this hotel at the same time, and the room they were promised online wasn't as advertised and they had to spend additional money for another room to accommodate their needs in a place that's already overpriced.

While the hotel has less frills than others offsite, the convenience of being at the airport can’t be beat. The staff went out of their way to get us a wheelchair to our gate for our departure and that goes a long way. The food at the restaurant was great.
