The restaurant on the 7th floor needs additional staff. It has such great potential and should consider their opening hours given that it is in a major transit space - so many connections past through this airport and guest just need a good meal - more options and better opening hours. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Customer checking- Raphael and Mr Baker were extraordinary in customer care.

The hotel is good if your flight gets delayed until the next day because the lobby of the hotel is inside the airport, so no worries about making the airport shuttle the next day.

I loved that the hotel was just a short walk to and from the security in the airport terminal. There were also several food places right outside the check in desk which was very convenient! I would highly recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stay in between flights.

Great location and clean hotel

A little on the pricey side, but worth it if you have an early morning connection. We have stayed here several times and it seems like they continue to improve the accommodations each time.

Convenient for the airport and takes the hassle out of having to get a shuttle bus. A little dated but appeared clean and tidy on arrival to our room. Sadly our room was one with adjoining doors and could hear people in next room talking. If you want a quiet night before your flight, i would suggest somewhere else.

Great easy location inside the Miami airport. No taxi ride. Just walk off a plane and straight to the check in counter. TSA check and a restaurant are right by the lobby desk. Could not be more convenient for overnight stays.
