Miccosukee Casino & Resort exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was electric—lively yet welcoming, with friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The casino floor is spacious and well-maintained, offering a great mix of slot machines and table games for every type of player. The resort itself is a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. My room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet given the buzz downstairs. Breakfast options were limited they had the same breakfast daily but it was a buffet style and tasted good.

We stayed here years ago. Miss the pool.. Inside air Temp was overall TOO COLD in most areas, especially at La Brisa. Food got cold.quick. NOT Happy with automatic 20% gratuity also, service was not worth it. Need more food options

I cannot say I was impressed with this hotel. It looked run down, the room smelled of mildew and lingering water, and it was not particularly comfortable. The restaurant screwed up our order 2x. The casino itself was not high end. Unless you are looking for a place that gives you easy access to the Everglades, I would not stay here twice.

I chose this hotel/casino because I was going on a cruise and it offered complimentary shuttles to and from the airport and to and from the port of Miami. Well, that wasn't true. We were able to catch the shuttle from the airport, it was on time, and had a trailer behind it for the luggage. Check in at the hotel took a little longer than expected because we were able to sign up for the players card at the front desk. The front desk clerk Useme walked us over to activate our free play and new players bingo pack. We also received a free drink voucherowed the check in. The suite was wonderful. It was clean and spacious The room had a living room with 3 sinks total. It had a microwave and a refrigerator. The issues that we faced were on the casino floor. Half of the slot machines would not take the tickets, which was more than frustrating. I had to keep getting cash to be able to use the slots. They had slots that started at 25 cents which was great. The drink machines also would not take cash. We were on the 6th floor. I was suprised too to find that no tours were offered that would pick up from the casino. The shuttle to the port of Miami is not free, it's $25 per person each way. We decided to go ahead and take the shuttle to the port. It leaves at 10 am and we were the only ones on the shuttle. The driver was very courteous and drove safely. Although the hotel itself is nice, I wouldn't stay here again. This hotel is too far out and none of the tours will pick up there.
