We got a shuttle from the airport but had to wait a little over an hour.

Just Average

Hotel and staff were fine. The issues were with the service from the dining, and bartenders in the smoking casino. Bartender's were not busy but spent more time chatting with regulars than taking care of the customers. This was multiple bartenders on different days.
