In general the place is clean and is pretty quiet, I wasn't expecting much due to it's price but it exceeded my expectations, would definitely recommend it here if you wanna spend a few nights in Miami.

It was clean and basic. Easy check in. They are remodeling so it’s not quite there yet. Low water pressure so the toilet sometimes took two or three tries to flush. Great value though and clean and good for a nights sleep.

The hotel provided what we needed, a room to sleep. The room was "clean", but definitely could have used a deeper clean in some areas. It looked like it was recently renovated, but I think they just covered the old stuff. There was an air conditioner in the room, but it was having a hard time keeping up. You can hear everything outside the walls. We heard the neighbors yelling, and the staff was running vacuums till 8pm.
