Very bad check-in experience. I booked because of VIP access but I was not offered anything. No greeting at the check-in, he didn't ask how many keys, he didn't even ask if I need parking access. Other guys is hidden behind a huge piller and you can see the first guy is on the phone and point me to go to the next counter. Very disappointed, not coming here again and also not getting VIP access hotel.

Overall it was just okay, nothing spectacular. The hotel is outdated, elevators were dirty, doors full of hand prints and smears of something. The room itself was okay, carpet is old, smells a little musky. Alexis, the bartender, was very nice and attentive but the other staff was aloof.

We enjoyed the hotel stay very much. The sunset was breathtaking by the pool. The breakfast was really good. Room was comfortable. The mattress was an older spring mattress and not the best. But overall good experience.

Hotel is very dated. The sheets on my bed had a stain. The mattresses are so old and worn out. The light in the bathroom kept flickering on and off. The carpet was dirty. I stayed one night. And that was enough.
