After we arrived from a long flight, we checked in only to be informed that the wifi was not working. In addition, I requested my Amazon packages I needed, only to be informed that the Bellman does this and that happens to be the shuttle driver. When asking driver, he noted he was to busy and I had to wait (no time limit provided) This was also not the friendliest of interactions to note. Jennifer immediately stepped in to assist, providing my packages and making up for the inconveniences. Both Jennifer and Adriana made my stay pleasant at Pullan. If it was not for them, I would have been quite miserable staying at the hotel as earlier staff Darrell was rude and yelled at me!

The staff was nice but when we checked in the first room we got smelled straight like weed. Not OK for active duty service member. The second room that we got had roaches in the bathroom will not be staying here again. Don’t feel clean.

Bad waited over 40 min for shuttle never came had to get an UBER, seems there was a Marathon near the property, UBER Driver let me in the street had to walk 2 blocks to the hotel because of the closed roads

The staff were lovely, the lobby nice and the room was generally quite clean. The room was long since overdue for a renovation with worn carpets, chipped tiles, and a horribly old mattress. Overall, the condition of the rooms just doesn't match the Pullman standards.

The rooms are old. Especially the bathroom of my room was very outdated. No countertop just a wash basin in the wall. The shower head in bad condition as well. Not Pullman standard. I cannot recommend this hotel.
