I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Loved that there’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Also enjoyed the no pet policy as well. Very smooth check in process, will definitely be booking again.

I arrived to the Holiday Inn express in Miramar to find out my shower head in my bathroom was completely broken. I proceeded to ask the from desk & they said they had no other rooms available & refused to fix my broken shower head. Due to the fact that there was no maintenance available either. They accommodated me the following morning with a room to shower in for 1 hour. The entire experience here was atrocious & I’ve stayed many times but it will most definitely be my last.
