Great B&B pub stay just off A34

Landlady most welcoming on our arrival and showed us to our room (annex). She apologised as bathroom in need of refurbishment, which is true but everything worked - hot water, good shower, no leaky toilet noises, soft towels - so loads better than expected! Lovely meal - belly pork highly recommended if you have a big appetite! She also gave us a breakfast box as we were leaving early next morning - such a lovely gesture. This is a dog friendly pub, supported by the locals, a real gem of a find.

Nice hotel in the countryside

Pros: Location.
Cons: No
Location: 15 mins from Newbury town centre
Had comfortable 3 nights stay at this hotel. It has a pub that serves excellent food. Its approximately 10-15 mins from Newbury town centre.
