A fine place to stay

Pros: Excellent food
Cons: could of had a softer bed
Location: within 2 miles of Norwich park and ride so easy to get into the city
large room with en-suite. Drinks making facilities and TV in the room. All you would need for a night stop over, Excellent food in the Restaurant. If you are a light sleeper you might suffer from traffic noise if your room faces the main road, but not a major problem. Free WI-FI.

Too hot and too noisy

Pros: The room was nicely furnished with a large,modern shower room. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Air conditioning or a fan for the Manilow bedroom. Either double glazing installed or the kitchen fan switched off at night .
Location: Easy to find
Sadly, the room (Manilow) was above the kitchen and it was uncomfortably hot. Opening the windows only allowed the constant noise of the large extractor fan outside to completely disrupt any hope of a good night's sleep. The fan was on ALL night. Such a shame as the staff and the facilities were without fault. The evening meal was very good value as was breakfast apart from the absence of any fresh fruit.
