I asked the Reception if there was a guide on how to set the heater she said that someone would take a look.I also asked how to you turn on the towel rail in the bathroom I was told it is only there for looks and does not get hot, which did seem odd as it is connected into a socket and it is the only source of heat in the bathroom so our showers were taken quickly .Then during the night i had to turn the heater off as it was so hot so i dont think it was looked at.

Good location. Clean & pleasant hotel. Good size rooms. Good breakfast. Some of staff on reception not helpful and need to learn a lot about customer service.
