Heating in room didnt work. Heater provided as alternative was very noisy so couldnt use at night. woke up very cold. Bar and Restaurant being refurbished which I didnt know would be the case. Also there was loud buzzing noise outside the room for an hour between 6.30am and 7.30am and the shower pressure was very poor.

Sept stay

The room was too warm at night as there was a winter quilt on the bed - we had to open the window and then it was too noisy - burglar alarms went off for the last two nights at a neighbouring property

The room was a decent size for a twin. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom needed attention to all the fittings i.e. shower rail was lose as was the hand basin tap & toilet roll holder. The towels were a nice quality. The hot breakfast was good and the cereal options & cold meats were very nice. The staff were very helpful with ideas for an evening meal in the location.

Pleasant surprise

After a rough experience in holiday inn express before its been years since used them again, thus was a pleasant surprise. Room size ok, bathroom ok, affordable comfort. Breakfast is basic but free! Parking good with EV spaces, very handy.

Biggest downside the rooms were very hot no air conditioning in the rooms we were told at check in only allowed one fan therefore uncomfortable at night Hairs in shower and shower walls which let it down
