Housekeeping walked right into my room over a dozen times over an 2 day period, yes 6 times each day… until I called down and was forced to flip out for the 4th time. Manager said she’s call me Back never did. Elevators broken for the majority of the trip. Overall Attitude from most people behind the front desk from day 1. Bartenders were strange. Nothing nearby except Disney related things, nothing at all within walking distance unless you want to walk .75 of a mile to Disney. Won’t be back.

Ants in the room and for two days no housekeeping was done even after requesting to change bedding after we were bitten by ants all night. Conditioner bottle wasn't working and though we let them know after the first night, it wasn't fixed till the end of our. Room phone wasn't working. Very disappointing stay after all. Seems like they had the non-functional rooms for people who booked through a hotels.com deal.

Overall great. Comfortably room. People were nice. They didn’t tell me valet parking was full, so had to wait a second time. Breakfast was plentiful but a little bland. Coffee was Starbucks, so not great.

Facility is great and definitely would stay there again!!! Only drawback was the parking seemed overpriced and and they need to have more than one small waste basket in the room.

Night simple room.

Not clean

I arrived very late at night to see a bug on the desk. It was alive and I’m 90% it was a German cockroach. If it wasn’t so late at night and I was not alone I probably would have found another hotel. The next day I saw a finger or toe nail in the bathroom floor.
