I booked a king suite and was put in a two double bed room after being told they "oversold" king suites. There was hair in the bathtub and a cockroach in the bathroom - absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Front desk girls were nice and tried to be helpful but there's no resolution to this other than a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE

Front Desk Attendant was rude, argued that I didn’t have 2 rooms reserved when I did, showed her the booking from hotels.com app she still said I didn’t also over charged for the rooms compared to what it said on my reservation, the manger was not helpful at all just stood there and allowed her to be rude. The room was very clean, the staff was was polite checking in and out was fast also the complimentary breakfast was awesome. The only thing I didn't like that the room was so cold I did report it to the front desk the on-site maintenance came to fix it it was a temporary fix because the room got cold again not for sure if this situation will be like this with the other rooms overall my experience was great

Sadly accessible

We booked a non-accessible room (guaranteed) yet that’s not what we got. Is it a good reason that “they ran out”? Why do they book what they don’t have? No space in bathroom for any toiletries so had to use the living room bar area. We were there for a funeral so no time to switch
