We stayed in the Altamonte Springs location on the second floor. The air conditioning in the room did not work consistently. Hotel did not address/ fix the issue so that was disappointing. Everything else for the Hotel was fine.

Arrived two hours before check in time, was told the room was not ready and they would call me when ready. Check in time is 4:00, at 3:45 we still did not receive a call. Went back to hotel, now 4:00 and was still told room wasn’t ready. I asked what now since 4 is check in time, suddenly they had a room ready. Room was clean, but very dimly lit. Bathroom barn style door is terrible and too heavy to open and close. Only having a few hours to get ready for the show we decided to order room service. No menu in room, had to look online to find it. Called room service, it goes to voice mail. Tried again, voicemail. So I called the desk, thinking someone may have programmed the room service button wrong, they transferred me, voicemail again. Tried a few minutes later and actually got an answer, only to get disconnected, called back and was placed on hold, by putting the phone down on the desk, for five minutes I could here employees talking and never picking the phone back up, I hung up and called again, voicemail. At this point I’m done, started looking for food elsewhere, knowing we didn’t have time. My wife called room service one last time and got the order placed, 2 club sandwiches with roasted potatoes and a soda, they said it will be about 20 minutes, an hour and ten minutes later the food is finally delivered, no utensils or condiments, potatoes were colder than room temperature. $51 for this food. Kids were running the halls and jamming the elevators. Will not be back!

The hotel did not have enough staff for the weekend events. I called ahead to be sure the room was ready but had to wait almost 2 hours. Additionally the handicap rooms do not comply for those who can need assistance to stand or walk. Hoyer lifts do jot fit under the platform beds make it to almost impossible to get one in bed and the sink is in the way of the toilet. The room door is not a 4 pound pull, slams shut because there is not have an auto opener. Too much furniture making it difficult to use a wheelchair. There was not enough staff in the bar to take orders for food and it took 45 minutes to order and an hour to get a club sandwich causing us to almost miss the show we came to see at the hotel. If you are disabled stay clear of this Hilton!
