Staff was excellent I’m not ok with barking dogs and pets in general our room had what looks to be dog hair. The renovation is going on pool was closed and the chairs in the lobby area looked very disgusting nasty and stained up. This property is a no go for me will not be staying anymore.

The facilities are very poorly maintained. Everything is dingy, dirty. This is a function of the ownership and not the employees - the owners do not put any funds into maintainance & upkeep.

We were sent an email the afternoon prior to our check in about the hotel being under renovation. Nice to be given notice however, it was too late to look for something else. When we walked into the lobby for check in, areas were sectioned off and the woman at the front desk assured us that the renovations wouldn’t interfere with sleep time. She was nice and friendly enough, no complaints about her or the check in process however, when we entered the room, it all changed! We literally walked into the room, peed, changed clothes and walked back downstairs to check out! We drove almost 3 hrs for a concert and sat through 4hr long show to turn around and drive back home that night as the room was that bad! Old, dirty, dinghy and just in really, REALLY bad shape.

Staff was really terrific. The room seemed clean but the disposable coffee cups had been used and the ice maker bin was dirty. I was glad I didn’t plan to prepare food in the kitchenette. Also, the furnishings appeared very old and worn which added to the overall unclean feeling. Thankfully the bath was clean. I was surprised to see trash outside various doors in the hallway that was still there 24 hours later. And there was a charge for parking on my bill. Charging for self parking is ridiculous! The overall review rating for this facility on Expedia seems too high. The great staff is the only high rating I would give it.
