Beautiful lobby and restaurant areas, however the rooms are very outdated. I felt like I was at my grandmothers house in the 90s. Also, on our first day, there were not towels in our rooms and we couldn’t find any housekeeper that understood us. Then we were missing our iron and had to wait almost an to get it, which had us running late for our event. Overall, 3/5.

Absolutely horrible, dirty, STINK, moldy, dusty, poor linen, floors, rooms, stained toilet seats, kids didnt want to use the bathroom. We didnt want to touch anything. Phone was too dirty to pick up to complain. We should have taken the reviews offered online by other guests! Fool me once.. We NEVER stay here again. We checked out as soon as the sun came up! Found a difference hotel. Disgusting experience. Pictures are beautiful online, Front of hotel is be when you drive up.. Let me say the beauty stops at the FRONT DOOR. A Beautiful Disaster from that point on. The front desk workers were very Apologetic and friendly. I feel bad for them. Nice people who probably have to deal with Aggravated customers daily because company has neglected their hotel and offering lies and False dreams through fake online pictures. DONT STAY!

Horrible....they banged on my door at 925 am....when asked...they laughed and was very rude. DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY SAY CHECKOUT IS AT 11 BUT THEY WILL WAKE U UP AT 930.

Property was nice and set off to the side of the highway and loud/dangerous traffic. Not a lot for on service after 12p, but the bar has good food options and is very inviting with the sweetest bartender Balinda (hope I spelled it right ). The main store inside the hotel did not have many options for snacks when we tried to get things.

Parking lot lighting and security needed !

Comfortable hotel located in an office park neighborhood. Breakfast buffet was okay, but not excellent. Hotel has spacious lobby, dining area and gym. Rooms are also spacious with comfortable beds, although maintenance had to fix a non flushing toilet. Management beware! The parking lot is extremely dark and unsafe. We overheard other guests with kids complaining about this issue as we were walking to the hotel at night. This is a negligent security lawsuit waiting to happen if a guest becomes the victim of a violent crime. No cameras, poor lighting and no security guards present. Even if no crime occurs, your guests can easily fall and get injured or get hit by cars due to poor lighting.

Broken display on ac unit. Toilet that continually ran. Broken sink drain. No room service. Poor service at restaurant. Club level amenities only available Mon-Thurs. Broken parking access gates. Housekeeping unavailable on back to back night stays.
