The breakfast was good , however I prefer my tea to be brought to me in the pot , not just a cup of tea . It’s also quite warm in that room maybe some air con would be a good idea. Bar area is great staff very efficient and friendly atmosphere, although the toilets ( with the coded door ) were quite tricky especially if you’re disabled .drinks prices very reasonable for a hotel .

Absolutely loved our stay…much more than expected, the photos do not do this hotel justice. Free parking, friendly check in, beautiful restaurant and bar, amazing food, clean bedding, room and bathroom, amazing bed, quiet stay…literally cannot fault it in any way. Staff were always helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant service was excellent as was the food and drinks. The only issues we had were in the room, where the net curtains were ripped, the bath panel was hanging loose and the enamel around the bath plug was chipped. But despite the negatives, overall I was happy with my experience at the Bull.

Room had a bad smell. I believe the carpet needs a shampoo wash along with the curtains... This may help get rid of the bad odor smell. I did not include breakfast as I personally do not eat much for breakfast and wasn't keen to pay that much money for a "bowl of cereal".

Good size room staff lovely. Unfortunately the room was freezing cold and the duvet was paper thin. Card for the room didn’t work and we had to keep going back down 2 flights of stairs to get the card reprogrammed.
