Warn people that air conditioning isn't working before they arrive. The hotel is tired and needs improvements. For example, in our room, the bathroom ceiling had only been half painted and was suffering from damp/mould. The beds have been over used and poor quality. Marks on the walls and stains on the carpets. No coffee table or chair in room.

Here's holiday inn doing its spiel that the air conditioning doesn't work, a known method for them to cut their costs. In addition, there are no operable windows in the rooms. Air conditioning worked fine in the hallways--to bad we couldn't have left our room door open all night. Nice location

Very clean & bright rooms -good breakfast. —unfortunately the air con In hotel was not working but they did supply a small fan which helped a bit also Our room was right near railway and loading bays so was very noisey

Window would close but would not lock, as handle was missing. Due to room being directly opposite nightclub, this was a problem with noise Saturday and Sunday while trying to sleep. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Great location, helpful friendly staff and nice little touches like free suncream and discount vouchers for gunwharf quays. However, rooms quite small and our bed was incredibly squeaky and not all that comfortable. Location was fantastic, but unlikely to stay again. Checked out a night early to get back to our comfy bed!

Parking good But would have been helpful to have had info about taking the barrier ticket and having it stamped for free 24 hours. Staff should know about electric charging so coan load the podpoint app in advance rather than having to walk out to get a signal to download it after parking.

The air conditioning didn’t work which seems to be a long term problem that has not been fixed. The windows only open slightly so no breeze and it’s too noisy to keep them open. Fan is useless.

Around the toilet it smelt strongly of stale unrine. Pillow was very hard. Breakfast had a good selection of food. We enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks in the cafe area too.
