Great Hotel but Ebookers mislead me in booking

Pros: helpful and very clean
Cons: The bar was noisy and it was hard to relax
EBookers advertised a room which the hotel did not have. The hotel were great and gave us an extra room, well done Holiday Inn.

Nice hotel bad beds

The hotels is clean, nice bathrooms and friendly staff but each morning both me and partner woke with very sore necks and backs. With a broken sleep because of it. Also, other annoying hotel users being loud shouting outside our room early hours of sunday morning - not the hotels fault though!

Great hotel for a short stay.

Well situated, clean tidy and comfortable. Would happily stay here again. Located just a few minutes walk from the town centre - Preston's main bus station is across the road.
