Bed was comfortable. Close to motorway but far enough away to not have road noise. We just needed somewhere to get a comfortable night after a long haul flight before a long drive home and this was good for us.

Tricky to improve some issues

Hotel was nice, room was a reasonable size. Parking convenient. Enjoyed the use of the pool as a family, but doesn't have anything approaching the feel of a spa if that is what you are hoping for. As many reviews have covered, the noise disturbance is the elephant in the room (or perhaps right above the room...) Noise in corridors and either side was not a problem but through the ceiling, it sounded quite like a squash court and it is very prominent at quiet times like the morning. It's hard to imagine what the staff would be able to do about this.

Ok hotel close to legoland

Pros: Staff did everything thing where possible to rectify problems
Cons: Pool cleanliness without compromise
Location: Pass
Swimming pool was cloudy and left my wife and son with a rash the following day

Business trip

There is a nice staff on the restaurant but the hotel lives to its standard as 3 star or below.

Great one nighter

Stayed here for one night with my son in a twin room. Nice comfortable beds, big decent TV, friendly staff. Only downsides were that my duvet was stained and had a very curly hair attached to it, and you can't access the hotel from the rear car park which was a trek in the darkness to the main door when our room was metres away!

comfortable room, excellent staff service

we were greeted warmly upon arrival and despite mix-up regarding free wi-fi, receptionist gracefully accepted what we had been told by e-booking, ie free wi-fi - and we were given free access throughout 3-day visit. Would definitely go back to this hotel
