Room service is an extra 5£ plus service charge, then they don’t answer the phone to take your order. I stayed for nearly two weeks and they didn’t change the bed once, just remade it. Plugs in the shower over bath and sink were always stuck, both didn’t drain water. Staff were kind enough but there didn’t seem enough of them to efficiently run a hotel, front desk didn’t answer phone. Parking was great, it was quiet at night and day, recommend only two nights max.

Front desk reception was excellent and they offered very good service. Only issue was walking path to the room. It was narrow and always there were cleaning staff with their cart in between. Breakfast was good.

Good Location

Good location, good selection at breakfast - cooked and fresh fruit etc. Rooms are tired and need updating. The room I had 141 smelt. Being there for a few days the Gym could do with being open a little earlier. Also find it off-putting that you have pay for parking on top of what you have paid already to stay.

Kids friendly

All staff was so polite and friendly. I stayed in hotel with kids morning breakfast staff was so good with kids . Every day kids look forward for there breakfast time .
