A great hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. Check-in was easy and quick. A great location being close to the town centre, bus station, Hovercraft terminal and Pier for Catermaran boat services to Portsmouth. It would have been nice if the check in time could have been a little earlier, as 4pm is quite a late time to start check in otherwise everything else was excellent. The breakfast was nice as it was included in the price of the room and you had the choice of a full English breakfast.

Nice hotel, a 3 or 3.5*. A bit dated, especially for the price. Nice room though imagine it’s cold in winter with the old windows. Bathroom seemed updated. Kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast included was ok, but still no decent coffee! Good location opposite the sea front and easy to walk to local areas. Friendly staff.

The breakfast room had flies flying around in it and the cooked breakfast was very basic.
Hotel rooms were clean but outdated. The towel rail didnt work.

The room was lovely, clean and bright, the staff very friendly and attentive, breakfast was very nice and dinning room smart and clean.
The only downside I found was having to hand the key in every time you went out, it was a bit of a pain having to queue to get the key when staff checking people in
Saying that I would still stay again.
We liked the breakfast and the lobby. We disliked the fact that our toilet did not flush properly and that we had to report it for three days before action was taken. The WiFi was spotty.
The room was perfect! It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were all great. Polite, attentive and accommodating.
Breakfast was good, with a good amount of choice and was fresh and well presented.
I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable
Excellent service by staff. Accommodated us with bikes and were very helpful. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Good selection for breakfast
My single occupancy room was changed on request promptly. Carla and Dadia were very kind, helpful and polite. The only experience at the restaurant for breakfast was on day one was not the best. My english breakfast order was messed up and not complete and, the staff probably have no experience with asian clients because nobody was kind enough to ask for tea, sauces, etc. which they were doing for other customers around my table. It was disappointing and felt racist. But all my stars are for the front desk staff. Thank you.
