Only disappointment was that we didn't get a Seaview completely my mistake as I was travelling with my elderly mother and possible for her to climb stairs there was only a lift to the 1st floor. I just assumed there would be lifts to all floors The manager gave me a complimentary bottle of wine, as he knew l was disappointed.
