Good Hotel - No issues at all

We had a privilege room. It was clean and never had any issues. Staff friendly and approachable. Hotel is situated in an industrial area so do not expect amazing views. We would go again.

Warm welcome from reception. Good to complete most of check-in online before getting to the hotel. Room was spacious thanks to upgrade to privilege room. Very spacious bathroom. Liked having a fridge in the room. Large comfortable bed. Breakfast was mostly good. Hot food could have been hotter. Like having a proper toaster and butter from a butter dish. Hotel is on an industrial estate so no other restaurants in walking distance. Food in restaurant was ok but nothing special.

Friendly and helpful reception and breakfast staff. Tasty breakfast. Hotel lobby stylish and everything clean. Room big and comfortable. Walls very thin so could hear people talking at 1am and then doors banging and hairdryers going from 6.30am onwards so didn’t manage a restful night unfortunately.
