My stay was excellent. But maintenance work is needed on the drains in the shower .

Nice hotel, in a quiet suburban town. Close to other pubs. Rooms were clean and well laid out. Breakfast was excellent each morning.

Location: set in lovely village, restaurants and shops within 15 minute walk

small single room, very clean, nice towels, a hook in the bathroom would have been useful, very threadbare stair carpet, pretty location, good value

Nice on the outside

Lovely looking place but room was dirty... bits of food stuck to the bedside draws, wall lamp broken and not working, staines on the bedding, bathroom very dirty behind the door, shower dripped all night, very noisy late at night when the pub kicked out... and everytime someone open the door to the corridor the room doors banged.

Comfortable stay for a couple of nights

The room was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The complimentary tea and biscuits in the room was a nice touch. The staff were friendly. If I ever find myself in Shepperton again, I would definitely stay here again.
