We was under the impression our room was in the hotel , not told on booking that we would be in some flat up a side street , no sea view as described on the listing. If we was made aware prior too booking we wouldn’t have booked .

Stayed here as was seeing Jimmy Carr, OK for the money paid but didn't stay in the hotel, was put in a guest house 5 minutes away.

A good Hope Hotel

Did not stay in the Hotel but an associated property in a road behind. It worked out really well as you can park free after 6pm as long as you have moved the car before 9am. Room was big and comfortable but slightly musty stale. The staff really friendly and very good breakfast. Really good for a busy on the front hotel.

The Hotel Hosts we're great no hassle it was like home from ,The breakfast was fantastic couldn't got better, Looking forward to next month when i should be down there for a week.

The service and staff are amazing, very friendly, nice. Room service is good, the bed and the room are neat. The toilets and showers are well cleaned. The towels are also clean. The breakfast was delicious. However, I didn't really like the neighbor who lived there during this vacation (I've been staying here with my family for about 15 years), he was very noisy, he got drunk at night, cursed because he had locked the room keys, and cursed for a very long time because he couldn't open them. Because of this, he woke me up from my sleep and I was very scared. And my son is even afraid to go to the toilet, because the toilet is shared, which is in the common corridor. I wanted to ask that very drunk people not be allowed into the rooms, because it's not very nice to be woken up in the middle of the night screaming, cursing, because it disturbs the children. Thanks .

Once inside the property it was really nice when we had a shower it didn’t drain very well but apart from that all was really nice the was super nice as were his staff

The room was not what I saw online, they took to a guest house a few walking distance from the beach. The bed was not the king size deluxe room that I booked. The bathroom was so tiny it could not enter the two of us as we like to shower together. The toilet is so old. At night the neighbours were so noisy and smoking just by the open window. Terrible! Terrible!! Terrible!!! Not worth the price.

Very comfortable place to stay .Nice and clean .we stayed in there guest house which has an en suite which is just a 2 minute walk from the hope hotel .
