Did been given the room booked but only a double bed , horrible noisy place couldn’t sleep all night , just wasted my precious life time and money never go back and I do not recommend to anybody !

Did not stay was cancelled by rude gentleman on phone when i dared to enquire about parking which although listed as having parking it clearly does not ,pay an extra £20 + to park elsewhere some distance away .Does not state that this is a noisy public house but a hotel so glad i did not stay here ,stayed at camelia hotel which was far superior than this and far more reason too

Do not stay here

This is a hostel room above a very loud and awful pub. The room is a hostel room with a shared communal toilet. Once the pub closes at midnight the noise from customers continues into the night outside your room and the music can be heard below from your room. The description for this hotel is completely misleading. Avoid booking here

Staff were very friendly and professional but the overal cleanliness of the room could be improved ( loose dirt on window cill inside room and carpet should have been hoovered and the door hook on the inside of the bathroom door was broken) and also issues with the maintenance i e tv bracket not fixed to wall securely and also tv bracket angle was loose , shower head rail was very loose as well and the circular towel holder should be fixed next to sink inside bathroom not outside the bathroom door on the wall,but we should compliment George on giving us a takeaway breakfast for me and my wife as we were not located in the dining room location as we were in a seperate building in Hartington rd . So overall we had a lovely time .

Not aware that the en-suite facilities were in another building, that were up a street that was a mixed bag of nice residences and run down homes.People coming and going through the night, making a noise talking on their phones in the corridor outside our room. Couple in next room having a blazing argument at 1.00 in the morning. Smelt of smoke , especially in shower room, but resonated in the whole room.Shower needed a deep clean, it was stained and the tray was dirty looking. Bedding was clean. Should have been a King size bed, was only a small double.

Hard to believe how underdeveloped this area of an English coastline is. People are very hospitable and kind, but the infrastructure is comparable to so called third world countries …
